Loved Flagstaff, the hotel was perfect and enchanting in Center of town. The breakfast with several adult beverages. The venue was set in a very central area next to Sedona, and Flagstaff. Had brunch in the Mother Road Brewing Co, located nearby.

The venue was spotless and had a welcoming team that was friendly, efficient, and professional from the moment we arrived until we departed.

Appreciated the impressive room, and the fantastic view of the mountains. It had comfortable bed and the staff were professional people from check-in to check-out. The location was wonderful and ideal, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Took a walk around city center, located at a medium distance from the hotel. The breakfast was hot, the check in was easy.

The venue's position was central. Btw, went to city center, located not too far from the hotel.

The hotel has well-kept and well-equipped rooms in a very nice area, close to the lively old town district. There are plenty of savory options for meals available. The staff are extremely helpful, from check-in to check-out, creating a comfy and welcoming setting.

The location of the hotel was great, not too far from a historic mansion. The rooms were huge and impressive with a pretty view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly welcoming and absolutely kind; I would stay here again.

The internet connection was extremely poor and made work impossible to do. Will not stay again in the future if I need to work from the hotel.

The rooms here are well-kept and seem like they've just been set up. The breakfast is top-notch - really delicious! The pillows and bed are super cozy, making for a great night's sleep. Also, the location is perfect for the events happening during our orientation 🎉.

The check-in had a lot to be desired in terms of reception. Also, the first keys we were given were the wrong keys. Moreover, at 8:20 am, when half my family was still asleep after a long trip, a hotel staff member knocks on the door waking up everyone in order "to check rooms." The whole check-in process and this morning wake-up call gave me an impression that they had no idea what rooms they checked people into.
